Module 1: Setting reply and closed SLA per mailbox

Within the Emailgistics admin center, go to the mailbox that you want to make changes to. Click on SLAs, from here you’re able to set a “reply SLA” and a “closed SLA”. Replied and closed numbers are important as you can view these metrics in the “mailbox performance” report and “mailbox closed performance” report. These reports will show you how many emails were replied to and closed within the given timeframe that you set.
