Upgrade Add-in

Emailgistics Templates are here and ready for your team to use!  

To use Emailgistics templates, you will have to uninstall and reinstall the Emailgistics add-in.   

Below is an overview of Templates and how to uninstall and reinstall our Emailgistics Add-In! 

Templates allow mailbox administrators to define commonly-used message content—complete messages or smaller building blocks—which then become available to be used by mailbox agents in the Emailgistics add-in.  

Templates can include formatted text, images, and attachments. When composing a new message or a reply, the user simply clicks a template in order to add its content. Agents can view the whole list of templates available for the mailbox, filter them by name, and choose from a handy list of their own most-recently used templates. 

The Templates feature is enabled in Outlook by a new add-in. Users will need to reinstall the add-in through their Outlook client in order to access Templates.  

If your Emailgistics add-in was installed using O365 integrated apps by your IT team please reach out to Emailgistics support for an updated URL. 

How to Uninstall an Outlook Add-in 

Remove an Outlook Add-in in 3 simple steps. 

  1. In Outlook, click Home > Get Add-ins on the ribbon. 

2. Click My Add-ins 

3. You should now see all your add-ins. Click the … on the adding you wish to remove and then select remove.

If users are using OWA this reinstall of the add-in will need to be done for the mailbox in OWA, please follow the instructions for OWA here
