  • Bug Fixes
    • Saving rules after errors – Fixed an issue where rules couldn’t be saved even after missing info was provided. 
    • Mailbox Performance report – Weekly report now correctly shows Average Elapsed Reply Time for the current month. 
    • Billing Admins removing mailboxes – Billing Admins without other roles can now remove mailboxes. 
    • Deleted messages showing as open – Messages in permanently deleted Team subfolders now correctly show as Closed. 
    • Pasting long lists into conditions – Improved performance when pasting large lists of values into rule conditions. 
  • Pro Bug Fixes 
    • Saving Lunch events – Fixed issue preventing Lunch events from saving in schedules. 
    • User categories in Snoozed folder – User categories now display correctly for names with commas or semicolons. 
    • Inserting images into templates – Resolved issues with SVGs appearing blank and image duplication when resizing. 
    • Conversation History display – Removed users’ names now display correctly. 
  • Enterprise Bug Fixes 
    • Mailbox display in API key creation – Fixed incorrect display of mailboxes (e.g., showing as deleted or highlighted pink). 
    • Unlicensed System Admins creating API keys – System Admins without licenses can now see mailboxes and create API keys.

Microsoft Billing Now Available! 

We’re excited to announce that you can now manage your Emailgistics billing through Microsoft AppSource or Azure Marketplace! Switching to Microsoft Billing is quick and easy—just head to the Account page in the Emailgistics Admin to update your payment method.

Please Note: The Microsoft Billing option does not currently support the “Automatically purchase licenses” feature. New users will receive available licenses during sync, but additional licenses won’t be auto-purchased if none are available. 

  • Product Enhancements 
    • Customizable Exchange Rule Priority During Onboarding. You can now set the priority of the Exchange Bcc rule for each mailbox during onboarding. By default, it’s set to the lowest priority, but this can now be adjusted with the onboard script.  
  • Bug Fixes 
    • User Availability History Report: Resolved issues with incorrect date ranges. 
    • Conversation Notes Report: Fixed an error where January wasn’t accepted as a valid month. 
    • Dashboard Open Message Counts: Corrected inaccurate open message counts to fully align with the Open Messages Detail report. 
    • Add-in Logout Issue: Fixed a bug where logging out and signing in as another user was unsuccessful.
