What’s new in Emailgistics

We pushed a number of changes today. Here’s what’s new:

New for Pro users

We are continuing to expand our reporting capabilities. The Mailbox Domain Performance report now includes Inside SLA counts and percentages, like the other Mailbox Performance reports.

In addition, we have also added two new Dashboard gauges. Inside Reply SLA and Inside Close SLA, showing the percentage of messages handled within the SLA for the current day.

For conversations that span more than one mailbox, the Conversation History now shows which mailbox activities took place in. Filtering by mailbox is also supported for these conversations.

New for Starter and Pro users

We have also taken steps to help prevent auto-reply loops. In many cases, Emailgistics will now automatically detect incoming auto-reply and bounce messages and automatically suppress outgoing auto-replies from rules, preventing mail loops.

Now the add-in will use a friendlier format for note timestamps.

E.g. “Today at 3:20 PM” instead of “2021-11-08 3:20:07 PM”.
