Subscribing to Emailgistics
After your 14 day free trial of Emailgistics it will be time to subscribe and choose a subscription plan.
To subscribe to Emailgistics:
Navigate the [ACCOUNTS] section of the Emailgistics admin center to start your subscription.
Must have the billing admin role to perform this in Emailgistics
- Selecting a Plan

Choose one of our 3 plans:
– Starter: USD $13/user license/month or $11/user license/per month/Billed yearly
– Professional: USD $31/user license/month or $26/user license/per month/Billed yearly
– Enterprise: USD $55/user license/month or $46/user license/per month/Billed yearly
- Choose Monthly or Yearly Billing

– Monthly licenses are billed at the start of each billing period and will automatically renew unless licenses are unused/unassigned
– Unused licenses are removed at the end of the billing period to prevent charges for inactive licenses.
– Yearly licenses offer a 10% discount on the monthly plan price and are a popular choice among our customers.

Once you select a plan you will be prompted to enter in billing information and CC. Emailgistics accepts all major credit cards.
If you receive an error when entering in the billing information please reach out before trying again, sometimes the payment will be accepted but an error in the UI occurs.

Choose Future License Purchase Options
It’s essential to set up how you’d like to manage future licenses. This step allows you to auto-purchase licenses for new mailboxes and users. Here’s how:
– Navigate to the licences section in your Emailgistics account settings.
Select the option
“Automatically purchase licenses as required when syncing users or adding new mailboxes.”
Choose between yearly or monthly license auto-purchases. Selecting yearly licenses ensures a 10% discount on the monthly price.
