Module 3: Managing users’ events (vacation, sick days, meetings)

Users can create events for their scheduled availability. An event can be scheduled for a specific time frame or as an all-day event. During the time allotted, the user will be marked as unavailable.

When looking at a user’s calendar, you may notice green, yellow, and red dots. Each dot indicates a different event. Green correlates with paid time off or holidays. Whereas yellow represents a break, and red depicts a meeting or appointment.
