How to Switch to Microsoft Billing
- Log in to Emailgistics Admin:
Sign in to your Emailgistics Admin portal with your admin credentials. - Navigate to the Account Page:
Go to Account > Payment. - Select Microsoft Billing:
Choose the Switch to Microsoft Billing button.
Important Notes
• The Microsoft Billing method does not currently support the “Automatically purchase licenses” option. New users will only be assigned available licenses during synchronization.
• To switch to billing with Microsoft, please unassign all licenses of one type and wait for the end of your billing cycle.
• Ensure your Microsoft account has the necessary permissions to make purchases.
