Schedules
Manage agent availability and scheduled events effectively.
Select the event and edit the end time to end a minute or two from the current time, then hit update event. To remove an event before it starts, hover over it and select the trash bin icon.
Set a mailbox holiday by selecting a date in the Emailgistics admin schedule tab. Set an event for a user by selecting the user and choosing the event type and date.
Check their events for breaks, meetings, or unavailable events. Ensure the available slider is not in the unavailable position.
