If your mailbox requires reauthentication, Emailgistics has lost tokenized access. Reauthenticate by: 

  • Mailbox Authentication method: Click on Mailboxes, select the mailbox, click Reauthenticate, and enter the mailbox password. 
  • App Registration method: Click on Mailboxes, select the mailbox, click the authentication tab, and enter the new client secret and expiry.

Generate a new client secret in Azure and enter it in the mailbox using the steps mentioned above.
